• Pixel Sports clients who have access to photo downloads under conditions specified in their contract.
• Users of the Pixel Sports APP - coming soon.
• Occasional visitors.
The Pixel Sports photo database is exclusively available on the website www.pixelsports.eu, but access and rights differ depending on the user profiles
III. USE OF CONTENT
For Pixel Sports clients
Downloaded photos on this site can only be used for press, publishing, websites, or television, and social media for informational purposes. The content cannot be used for any print or digital publications for advertising or commercial purposes, or internal to a company, for illustrating private or commercial websites, or intranet sites.
In no case has Pixel Sports acquired image rights for individuals present in the photos. The downloaded photo grants the right to use it for publication, excluding any reprinting, similar editing, update, derivation, partial, new, or any translation, regardless of the medium. It confers no other rights; the photo remains the intellectual property of Pixel Sports or its sources. Reselling the image is strictly prohibited. The user agrees not to use the downloaded photos for purposes other than those authorized without the express and prior consent of Pixel Sports.
The user agrees to include the complete credit indicated by Pixel Sports next to the photo. Otherwise, or in the case of incorrect attribution, a fee corresponding to 100% of the acquisition price will be charged without further notice. This fee cannot take into account settlements in the event of a dispute with a third party, including the contractual image supplier.
The user undertakes to destroy the file after use and not to transmit it to others, free or paid. The user is entirely responsible for any use and its consequences if they give the file to a third party. In the case of unlawful use by third parties, Pixel Sports reserves the right to hold these third parties responsible.

Photos published from the Pixel Sports via the website can only be used on social networks. In the case of a subscription by an athlete, they can only publish on their personal accounts. In the case of multiple subscriptions (agents), each subscription is attached to an athlete and therefore to their personal accounts.
In the case of another subscription, the user asserts being in a contractual relationship with the athlete, allowing them to publish photos legally. Downloading a photo on the website grants the right to use it for publication, with the possibility of simultaneous publication on multiple social networks. It confers no other rights; the photo remains the intellectual property of Pixel Sports or its sources. Reselling the image is strictly prohibited. The user agrees not to use the downloaded photos for purposes other than those authorized without the express and prior consent of Pixel Sports.
The user agrees to include the complete credit indicated by Pixel Sports in the caption of each image. Otherwise, or in the case of incorrect attribution, a fee corresponding to 100% of the acquisition price will be charged without further notice. The user agrees to indemnify Pixel Sports for all resulting consequences, including legal fees, for any action taken against them by the photographer, their successor, or a third party due to the user's use in violation of these provisions and/or in contravention of any applicable laws.

For occasional visitors
It is possible for anyone to simply consult the Pixel Sports site through the "Simple Consultation" section on the homepage. This visit allows a general view of the content of the website. No download is possible. The consultation confers absolutely no right to use photos or any other content.
IV. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LIABILITY
Pixel Sports pays particular attention to the protection of users' personal data against any form of damage, loss, diversion, intrusion, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Personal data collected and subsequently processed by Pixel Sports are those voluntarily transmitted by users through their registration.
